Many businesses are affected by severe storms like hurricanes and tornadoes. In addition, the general trucking and transportation routes may not be accessible due to storm damage.
Thus, food, medical supplies, and gas may need to be supplied. When those essential supplies run out, mass hysteria breaks out.
No matter how bad your storm might be, you can always count on the mercy of God. For example, Lamentations 3:22-23declares, "Because of the Lord's faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. 23 They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness!"
According to these verses and others like them, the mercies of God will never cease! They renew each morning in your life. Although you may backslide into sin or front-slide into legalism, God's mercy is still there. You may think that God has a boiling point, and when He reaches it, an angel presses the "make bad stuff happen" button for your life. If you wrestle with those manipulative thoughts, remember that God doesn't speak in voices of fear. Nor does God's patience wear out with you. First Chronicles 16:34 says, "Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever."
