Start an inward renewal by making the choice to have communion with God. We all like to blame shift for things. We’ll blame other people for where we are in our relationship with God. We’ll blame circumstances, upbringing, or even the weather. In your life, the truth is; you are as close to God as you choose to be.
If you want to have a vibrant and deep relationship with God, whether you’ve known Christ for 40 years or just 40 seconds, you want this principle of staying close to God to be tied to your heart. We need to make the choice to have a communion with God.
