Choice Of Conditioning

To gain both physical and overall life fitness, it comes down to exercise to get in shape. It can seem to be hard to get started with and stick to a choice of exercise. The percentage of Americans that own running shoes, but don’t use them is 87%. For those that do exercise, some will use exercise to try and negate the bad they do by doubling the amount of exercise they do so they can eat whatever they want. While that may cause them to appear to be fit, a focus only on the outward appearance hurts the profit that exercise can bring to your life.

The same is true spiritually. When you allow yourself to be caught up in outward appearance, you’ll wind up standing for the wrong things. For life fitness, you’ll need to focus on the inward, which is your character. Like you have to exercise to stay physically fit, your character needs to be exercised to be strengthened. Your character says who you are, and it’s never too late to start working and conditioning your character.
