God’s Promise Of Counsel

In life you’re going to get knocked down, going to fall, going to get tripped up; but God’s counsel can revive you so you can get up and keep on going. Like all of us, you may have made some bad decisions where some good counsel before that decision would of benefited you. There can be people around us trying to give us good counsel that we push away; but we don’t want to do that with God’s counsel. God’s counsel, including God’s promises, are important to your overall life. It revives you if you’ve been knocked down and can stimulate you in your faith to be more committed to God. Long before His birth on that first Christmas, Jesus was promised to be the Wonderful Counselor, and today He still is the fulfillment of God’s promise of a Wonderful Counselor.
