Proper Rest

How are you at getting rest? Most of us do a bad job at it. In America, 169 million vacation days go unused per year, 52.4 billion dollars in paid vacation time went unused as well, 300 billion dollars were used last year to combat stress, 63 billion spent in studies on sleep deprivation. We are a culture that doesn't like to rest. Here in New York, we're known as the "city that doesn't sleep"

So what does it mean to rest? How do I take rest? How do I have a productive rest? Did you know the Bible addresses rest? Here we focus on Jesus' teaching in Mark 2:23-30 on the Sabbath.
