Session 2 - Teachability

Oct 27, 2014    Pastor Ray    Colossians 1:4-10

It was Hall of Fame Basketball coach John Wooden that said "It's what you learn after you know it all that counts." Perhaps the biggest roadblock to becoming more successful in your life and stronger in your character is the negative trait of being unteachable.
Saying that it is possible to be unteachable may seem strange to some because we live in a world that has everything on demand. Movies, songs, books, public records, private records, sports statistics, health statistics, and much more. But don't mistake information for transformation.
God is far more interested in who are becoming than what you know.
However, being unteachable can easily fly under the radar of our moral compass.
