Secrets can be both good and bad. You might be keeping a surprise party a secret or you may have a special gift for someone you are keeping a secret from. Those kinds of secrets are fun to keep and even more exciting to share at the proper time. Bad secrets however are the total opposite. It can be a lie, a bitter heart, a suicidal thought, a plot of revenge, or even a sin struggle that you are trying to keep to yourself. The main problem with keeping bad secrets is that over time those secrets make you sick! Relief and real change only come when we release these secrets to God.
