There’s no debating the desires that Jesus had for His followers. Loving God and Love Thy Neighbor are the two top priorities of Jesus. Interestingly enough, we typically go one for two on these truths. Loving God usually consumes most of our focus, however, Jesus gave equal importance to the 2nd command to love our neighbors. When we Love Thy Neighbor we actually drawer closer to God. We are commanded to Love Thy Neighbor because much of the world is suffering. Have you ever noticed the downward spiral that our world is taking? For this reason, Jesus commanded us to love. In Love Thy Neighbor e will pick up the brush of Jesus & paint in broad strokes of creativity and relevance this command.
