Law Of Goodness

Law Of Goodness

God blesses those who pursue a life of goodness. Though the word good is sometimes overused or given a bad wrap where it can be frowned upon for being good; goodness should define us as it defines God. You may have heard the phrase that "God is good all the time, and all the time God is good.” God is good because God’s loving-kindness and merciful benevolence are good. God blesses those who pursue a life of goodness; where on the other hand, living a life of duplicity having one foot in goodness and one foot out, trouble will follow instead of blessings. Pursue goodness in how you think and how you are, and what will result are humble attitudes and actions that produce favor and prevent the foolishness of evil.

From Series: "Laws Of Fruit"

Laws govern every major area and system of life. We have laws relating to justice, education, immigration, finance, and family. There are laws of aerodynamics, anatomy, physics, nature, and science. These and other laws communicate a grand design that has been created by a Divine Creator. The work of the Holy Spirit is no different. God has created orderly laws to govern and guide our lives. These laws are defined as the Fruits of the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23 says; “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” Like many laws, the Laws of Fruit that are these fruits of the Spirit, cannot be rivaled or reimagined. There are no other laws that can counter this accepted and undisputed truth. Understanding and applying these laws is essential to your overall growth and pursuit of peace in this life. As we look at each fruit of the Spirit, showing the significance it has in your life, you’ll be able to come and see that living in light of these Laws Of Fruit will help you confront strongholds, rise above adversity, and honor God.
