As a father, or a mother, you want your children to be successful, to be healthy, to follow a good path in life, and to most importantly follow God. God wants this for us as His children as well and having it comes down to having an undivided heart. We can see in our current times that we are a very divided nation, a divided house; but as God tells us a house divided cannot stand. Reuniting the heart of our nation, of our houses, and most importantly each of our own hearts starts by seeking God through His Word in the Bible to see how we can do this. Thankfully God shows us the way as we look at several Old Testament fathers to understand how to have an undivided heart.
