Revealing Love

If you want to understand love, look to the Author of love, God. More than just create love, God is Love. We love God because God first loved us. However, the love we have for God can dwindle if we don’t keep the fire lit. Like the Ephesian Church did in Revelation, we can allow our love for God and others to diminish. Thankfully God gives us a plan to get our priorities straight and regain our first love for God

Scripture References: Revelation 2:1-7

From Series: "Reveal"

The Book of Revelation is a Book of hope. In its chapters are found the promised blessings of Jesus’ revealed message. Revelation is perhaps the most misunderstood section in all of the Bible. Misinterpretations abound, including the timeline of the rapture of the church, the tribulation, and Jesus’s second coming; as well as some who falsely project specific dates concerning these events. These false alarms combined with a perception of complexity can desensitize awareness of the significance of the Book of Revelation. The key to understanding Revelation is found in identifying the primary message and recipients in the Book. With a look at the message and recipients in the opening chapters, you can discover the promised blessings of Jesus’ revealed message
